About the role
We are looking for someone to take on a broad business development role. You will focus on making our current business stronger - improving things like pricing, packaging, customer journeys, and product distribution - while also driving growth through new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion, including M&A. This job isn’t just about strategy. You’ll also make things happen. That means leading projects, working with teams across the bank, and making sure good ideas actually turn into results. Over time, you’ll also help build and lead a team.
You’ll be working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and will have a lot of visibility in the organization.
