We are recruiting a Commercial Director of Nordics to lead the commercial sales. In this role you will have a close collaboration with the Nordic organization, and report directly to the CEO Nordics, located in Sweden. You will be responsible for developing the Pirelli strategic planning and analysis of the Nordic market and manage the sales operations, with specific attention to both internal and external relationships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Cascading & Translation of company strategy guidelines.
  • Discuss and guide the sales force to optimize.
  • Collect and share important market information with the rest of the organization.
  • Responsible to analyze sales and profitability results.
  • Responsible to support the go-to market strategy.
  • Responsible to launch and manage sales projects.
  • Identify and develop the business opportunities.
  • People responsibility in three countries, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
  • Responsible of customer interaction and maintain proper and profitable relations with key customers.


Who are you?

You have a significant (+10) years of experience in a similar role, within the automotive/tire industry, and a university degree in relevant field (Business Management, Sales). Good understanding for complex sales and experience of leading and motivating teams is a requirement. You have an analytical and digital mindset and a good business & financial acumen.

You have a high level of competence in digital tools to use on the go. If you are used to working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and SAP, this is an advantage.

You are fluent in the English language.

Driving license is a requirement.

To be successful in the role, you are structured, analytical with an agile mindset, and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You are a commercially driven and quality conscious problem-solver. Social skills and enjoy networking and building relations, and to easily adapt to different surroundings and stakeholders, is a key for success.

You have a good business and financial understanding and are motivated by a role where you can contribute to the business.

You also need to be open for travelling on a regular basis, including overnights from time to time.
