Role: Business Analyst (Portfolio Manager – Data & AI)

About the Role
As a Portfolio Manager, you will take ownership of the strategic direction, development, and performance of the Data & AI product portfolio.
Working closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, marketing, and sales—you will deliver innovative solutions that support business growth and effective program delivery.
Mission: Advance and optimize our Data & AI portfolio to enable effective and efficient program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Oversight
- Consolidate, monitor, and report on the status of all Data & AI initiatives.
- Identify and track risks, delays, roadblocks, and dependencies.
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Governance & Frameworks
- Define and maintain governance structures, including meeting forums and cadences.
- Establish and enforce cross-functional steering and prioritization processes.
Standardization & Tools
- Develop and maintain standardized portfolio management tools and templates.
- Provide training and guidance on portfolio management best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Align portfolio activities with business strategies in partnership with business leaders.
- Present portfolio health, metrics, and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Your Profile
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in portfolio management, ideally within Data & AI products.
- Proven ability to lead large programs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and prioritization capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled at building relationships across cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Certification
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Certification
