Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
In this role, you will handle various support requests related to user accounts, system issues, and hardware troubleshooting, using both phone and a case management system as your primary tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer user support for all types of technical issues and account management
- Provide hardware-related support in combination with company-specific system solutions
- Handle incoming support requests via phone and ticketing system
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network equipment and user environments
- Respond to and resolve technical inquiries efficiently
- Manage and maintain user accounts and access rights

- Troubleshooting network equipment

- Addressing basic technical questions
Requirements
- Proven experience in Helpdesk or IT Support roles
- Strong communication skills and a service-minded attitude
- Ability to work on-site in Malmö throughout the assignment period
- Proficient in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
