Role: Functional Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for data mapping in production lines.
• Perform business process mapping and propose process improvements.
• Act as a digitalization advisor, working closely with the engineering team on automated production cell projects.
• Translate business needs into functioning technical solutions or optimized processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in requirements analysis and business systems, ideally SAP.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and manufacturing workflows.
• Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills and self-driven attitude.
• Passion for understanding complex systems and driving improvement.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and production monitoring.
• Scripting knowledge in Python or Excel VBA.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and verbal).
