Role: Construction Designer – Cable Ducts

Seniority Level: Senior

Workload: Full-time (100%), onsite in Karlskrona minimum 3 days/week

Location: Karlskrona, Sweden

Remote Work: 50% (Minimum 3 days onsite/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan the harbor section to accommodate cable duct infrastructure
• Create construction drawings and 3D models for structural and civil engineering components
• Perform structural analysis including point load and ground load calculations
• Coordinate with other disciplines to define interfaces and site-specific requirements
• Develop and maintain a schedule for all project activities
• Ensure all documentation meets technical and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects
• Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
• Experience in civil engineering, particularly groundworks and structural support
• Skilled in producing 3D models and technical drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
