Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer – Plastic Design to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Contribute to an agile in-house delivery team supporting partnership with a leading automotive client.
• Participate in a cab development project involving both concept design and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including project managers, scrum masters, lead engineers, and design engineers.
• Ensure high-quality mechanical design with a focus on plastic components and overall installation.
• Engage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and project success.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plastic design, ideally within cab development.
• Proven ability to work independently in CATIA, including experience with A-surface modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; no additional language skills required for this assignment.
