At Husqvarna Group, we are in the middle of one of our most important transformations yet — a shift where technology, innovation, and customer experience are at the very core of everything we do.
Now, we are opening the door to a new leader role — a role for someone ready to build a global team, to set a clear direction, and to drive strategic technology development across the entire company.
The Journey Ahead – and your role in it:

From Sweden to India, you will recruit, build and lead a team of architects that will design the technology solutions critical to our future — from manufacturing and logistics to smart, connected products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the company, translate business needs into concrete solution designs, and drive technology strategies - that align with Husqvarna’s goals.
You will set the roadmap, and build a team, and shape the architecture that enables Husqvarna to lead the industry in a fast-moving digital landscape.
You will:
You will report to Michael, Director of Strategy & Enterprise Architecture and be a part of GIS (Global Information Services), our Global IT Department in Husqvarna Group.
Why you should join us:
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a team that will have real impact across Husqvarna’s digital landscape. You will have a broad network across the company, strategic insight at senior levels, and the chance to shape the future of solution architecture at one of the most recognized brands in the world.
At Husqvarna, innovation is not just about technology. It’s about people, leadership, and the courage to create something better, in a world full of innovation.
About you:
You are a leader who builds trust, lifts others and creates strong, purpose-driven teams.
You lead with clarity, listen actively and communicate with ease across all levels, from architects to senior stakeholders. You foster innovation, encouraging bold thinking and new ideas that will keep us moving forward.
You bring structure to complexity and energy to change. With a sharp eye for planning, you shape and grow a global architecture team - that is ready to meet today’s demands and tomorrow’s possibilities. As a transformative leader, you inspire others to grow, challenge and turn vision into reality. You thrive in a global, fast-moving environment, where you balance big-picture thinking, with attention to detail.
Most of all, you care — about people, progress, and building something that lasts.
