Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design and drive the technical architecture for an integrated end-to-end solution supporting Financial Management, Time Management, and Portfolio & Project Management within R&D
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between SAP, ERP, and legacy systems in a complex IT environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders from R&D, Finance, and IT to ensure architectural alignment with strategic business goals
• Maintain and evolve the architectural roadmap, enabling future enhancements and system scalability
• Support development teams and guide solution implementation across a global organization
• Contribute to the overall IT strategy by promoting modern, sustainable, and scalable architectural practices

What you bring:

• Proven experience in system architecture with a focus on ERP and complex system integrations
• Strong technical background in IT application integration and tools related to portfolio or resource management
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in agile environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Several years of experience in system design and technical leadership
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Swedish, Portuguese, or German is a plus
