The role involves overseeing daily HR functions in a dynamic and international customer service setting. You’ll play a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance, coordinating hiring and onboarding activities, applying internal HR guidelines, and promoting a supportive and well-structured work environment.
Job Assignments• Champion workplace culture by contributing to an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative atmosphere. • Work closely with payroll and finance teams to ensure smooth monthly salary processing and benefits coordination. • Serve as a strategic partner to managers on topics like employee development, conflict resolution, and engagement. • Ensure employee records are well-maintained in the HR system and contribute to the preparation of periodic HR analytics and summaries. • Handle a range of HR admin tasks, including drafting and managing employment agreements, monitoring leaves, and supporting audits. • Drive end-to-end hiring activities – from identifying talent to conducting interviews and finalizing offers. • Develop, update, and enforce internal HR frameworks, policies, and documentation standards. • Oversee adherence to local employment legislation in Spain, with particular attention to collective agreements relevant to the telecom industry. • Team up with other departments to enhance people-related processes and promote a proactive HR function. • Design and deliver effective onboarding experiences that reflect both company values and a multicultural work environment.
Requirements• Solid grasp of employment regulations in Spain, including knowledge of industry-specific collective agreements. • Hands-on involvement in talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and the creation or implementation of internal HR guidelines. • Previous background in human resources, ideally from a fast-paced environment such as service operations customer support. • Skilled in building relationships, communicating clearly, and managing tasks efficiently. • Independent and structured, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a changing work environment. • Comfortable using digital HR platforms or tools for managing employee data (such as BambooHR, Workday, SAP, or similar systems). Meritorious Qualifications
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language – Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish. • Spanish language skills are highly valued. • Understanding of payroll coordination is a strong plus.
