Job Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain experienced Enterprise Architect working with an E2E Goods Flow assignment in Core Business Supply. Understanding the dynamics of a Supply Chain, from the Supplier, logistics and distribution to the meeting with our sales channels and customer meeting. Capable of leading the way in defining the supply chain architecture for the future. You will be part of the Data & Technology department within the Supply Chain Development organization and have an assignment to work with the E2E Goods flow in focus and collaborate with the different capability areas on how to address the architectural changes across. The Enterprise Architecture function is a key enabler and driver in the ongoing transformation journey of the IKEA Supply Chain business and operations.
What you will do
· Define, lead and own parts of the E2E Goods Flow architecture work and being part of setting the vision and direction for different transformative movements.
· With an agile mindset, co-create and build the target state and provide roadmaps and incremental outcome focused transitions needed to reach the wanted position
· Secure architectural guidelines, design principles and lead architectural governance and anchoring through different fora’s and artefacts
· Collaborate and align with stakeholders on different levels across the organization. From senior decision makers to the delivery teams in execution. Drive impact and influence through clear and structured presentations and communication
· Build relationship and engage with stakeholders across the supply chain.
· Besides your “daily” assignments you will get engaged in different opportunities and challenges across the organisation. Acting as a speaking partner and contributor on different topics, spanning from the strategic level to specific solutioning issues.
· In essence you will design, lead, organise, collaborate and communicate.
Qualifications
This is a senior position, so we believe that you have:
· Previous experience working with similar responsibilities in the past and have experience from the procurement domain
· It is not a must with an architectural background you could have been working in other technology/digital related roles like leading products, engineering, tech strategy or other tech related functions
· There needs to be an interest in architecture and having an architectural mindset in the role
· The most important is your personality and your ability to take ownership, building relationships, communicate and manage stakeholders on different levels.
Besides a general understanding of a Supply Chain and what business capabilities that are needed to operate a Supply chain and what type of platforms and tools used in those capabilities there will be a wide range of technology topics to cover. Example topics could be Data & Analytics, Automation, AI & ML, Integrations, API & events, Standardization, Cloud computing and more. We do not expect you to be the expert in all areas, you will have time and opportunity to upskill and learn as we go.
