Assignment: Enterprise Architect – Business & IT Alignment

Assignment Overview:

We are looking for a senior Enterprise Architect to lead and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of integrated Business and IT architectures. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning technology strategies with business goals and ensuring that strategic initiatives are supported by a coherent and forward-looking architectural framework.

You will operate across multiple architectural domains, including business, information, application, and potentially technology architecture. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on architecture governance, and strong communication skills to translate complex ideas into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and shape the overall enterprise architecture landscape to ensure it reflects the strategic direction of the organization
• Align business and IT through architectural planning and the development of target states across business and digital architecture
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance for key strategic initiatives, both within the division and across the broader organization
• Define and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent and scalable solutions
• Facilitate architectural governance by chairing and coordinating architectural committees and subcommittees
• Effectively communicate architectural concepts and strategies in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their relevance for future architectural direction
• Collaborate closely with other enterprise architects, solution architects, and stakeholders across multiple business units
