Key responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies across technical, cross-functional teams
• Provide hands-on coaching to enhance agile mindset and practices
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Line Managers to align delivery with business goals
• Promote self-organization, ownership, and sustainable work processes
• Use tools like GDQ to assess and strengthen team collaboration
• Lead and support change initiatives, driving continuous improvement

Ideal candidate profile

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach, especially in technical environments
• Proven success in developing self-organizing teams
• Fluent in both English and Swedish
• Deep understanding of agile frameworks and their practical implementation
• Technically savvy and confident participating in technical discussions
• Experience with GDQ or similar team development tools is a plus
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
