Scrum Master/Developer, where you'll primarily focus on facilitating our Scrum process while also contributing your development expertise.
In our DevSecOps environment, you'll be a key connector, collaborating not only with the Java Developers within your team but also extensively with various other teams involved in our shared deliveries.
This includes fellow Scrum Masters, Support team members, Business Analysts, and E2E Testers, among others.
As Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting daily stand-ups and ensuring effective team follow-up.
- Providing regular status updates to the Release Train Engineer and Product Owner, covering both project-based and ongoing operational aspects.
- Facilitating our work within the SAFe framework, including Program Increment (PI) planning and execution.
- Utilizing Confluence and Jira to manage and track our work.
- Guiding the team in their responsibility for several backend services within our telematic platform, such as Over-the-Air (OTA) updates.
- Effectively managing and prioritizing requirements from multiple parallel initiatives to create realistic team plans.
- Fostering clear and proactive communication within the team and with external stakeholders, including Project Managers, Domain Architects, Line Managers, and Product Owners.
- Cultivating a positive and productive team environment that is both a great place to work and consistently delivers on commitments.
- Supporting the growth and development of individual team members and the overall team performance.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, coupled with a solid background in Java programming and the software development lifecycle.
- Bonus points for experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Familiarity with our technology stack, including Linux, GIT, and Spring Boot.
- The ability to effectively manage and translate requirements from multiple simultaneous projects into actionable team plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
- A genuine passion for people development and building high-performing teams.
