Position Overview:
The is responsible for optimizing and managing the organization’s tools, systems, and workflows to support operational efficiency and security.
The Junior IT Coordinator/IT Support will work closely with various teams to provide technical support, streamline processes, and align system capabilities with business objectives.
This position is at 50% and located at our Gothenburg HQ

Key Responsibilities:
System Support & Maintenance
- Provide hardware and software support, ensuring all systems are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with operational needs.
- Manages systems such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet), Office 365 for Windows and 1Password for secure credential management.
Access Management & Security
- Manage access permissions across platforms, ensuring secure and accurate access management.
- Take proactive responsibility for safeguarding business data, property, and systems; identify IT security risks and provide actionable proposals.
Network & Facility Management
- Manage domains, implement access controls, and administer the Paralarm system for secure facility access; oversee network, WiFi, and conference room audio/video equipment.
Go to your profile:
- Educated in IT or related field.
- Experience with systems like Google Workspace, Office 365, and basic network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with IT security practices, GDPR compliance, and access management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to support and train non-technical users.
Strong English proficiency.
