Ericsson AB Join our Team About this opportunity Technology and System Management within EU RAN Software and Compute is to contribute to business and technology strategies, as well as drive execution thereof to ensure Ericsson technology leadership. The Operations & Programs unit shall ensure the right program portfolio, steering forums and drive the programs to execute on this mission, as well as optimize the flow and secure modern ways of working with systemization, considering for example digitalization and AI. What you will do BNEW R&D Early Phase and Architecture evolution setup and execution excellence  Orchestration of new technology and concept introduction   Systemization transformation and process governance (EP, OA & SP-prep)​  Optimization of the flow from Research to Execution   Program and TSM Financial Governance​ and operations​  The skills you bring Domain experience in software development and simulators tools   Ability to drive timely execution against roadmap   10+ years product development experience in leading global large development teams, with a demonstrated passion for development   Strong domain knowledge to have the needed credibility with our teams and suppliers   Experience driving transformation in R&D organizations  Experience in developing and leading engineering production environments   Relevant tertiary qualification or commensurate working experience.  Strategic and big picture thinking, with the ability to focus on delivering on your contribution to BNEW R&D today and into the future   Thrives on accountability, overcoming challenges with a can-do attitude and motivated to achieve beyond expectations   Collaborates by default and looks to work together rather than compete, also holding your teams accountable for working as one BNEW R&D   Authentic, courageous and inspiring leadership with empathy and humanness, whilst building high performing teams and growing tomorrow’s leaders   Fact-based and timely decisions, stepping forward to make tough decisions even when paradoxes are present, details lacking, or the stakes are high   Customer-first mindset and proactively build this in your team ​ Last date to apply: 10th of May 2025
