Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Act as the technical lead and delivery owner for transformation initiatives within Assortment and Purchasing
• Serve as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs
• Own and drive the technical roadmap, prioritization, and strategy to ensure coherent and effective delivery
• Coordinate work across technical domains and involve key enablers to resolve resource and prioritization challenges
• Ensure involvement of solution and program architects to validate solution integrity
• Support project momentum by identifying and removing blockers
• Take responsibility for delivery quality, system stability, and cost-efficiency
• Ensure stakeholder communication and maintain transparency in the roadmap for delivery teams
• Monitor and follow up on the realization of value and alignment with strategic goals

What you bring:

• Several years of leadership experience as a project manager, assignment leader, or team manager
• Solid background in IT with a strong understanding of enterprise-level system landscapes
• Proven experience in leading complex change projects across business and IT
• Understanding of the retail domain and relevant system support for assortment planning
• Experience with assortment management and planning systems, such as Blue Yonder
• Knowledge of data analysis and the use of AI in future assortment strategies
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead across cross-functional teams
