Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Contribute to the development of mechanical components with a strong focus on manufacturability and production efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design with jigs, adhesive processes, automation solutions, and various manufacturing methods
• Participate in product development activities from concept to final production, ensuring designs are optimized for quality, cost, and ease of manufacturing
• Support production setup and provide technical input to improve design implementation on the factory floor
• Apply structured methodologies for requirements management and verification throughout the design lifecycle

What you bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in an industrial or production-close environment
• Proficiency in Creo for 3D modeling and creation of technical drawings
• Experience with Windchill or similar PDM/PLM systems for product data management
• Knowledge of requirements management and verification processes
• Understanding of plastic design and injection molding processes
• Hands-on experience in production setup and design-for-manufacturing practices
• Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset with a practical approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines in a dynamic, production-focused environment
