Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Monitor and follow up on KPIs and key metrics within category management
• Conduct ongoing performance analysis and provide proactive, data-driven recommendations to business teams, including private label (EMV)
• Support negotiations through analytical insights
• Serve as a superuser for internal analysis tools
• Contribute to annual target (AT) and long-term planning (LTP) processes, and distribute category-specific targets
• Lead analysis initiatives and participate in development projects by providing actionable insights
• Perform market intelligence to support Strategy & Insights
• Share and manage commercial data with suppliers

What you bring:

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within retail, assortment, or purchasing
• University degree in a relevant field
• Strong proficiency in analysis tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or Power BI
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
• Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and pedagogical approach
