Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Represent Shared Services across multiple parallel projects and VCTs, maintaining strategic oversight without engaging in detailed execution
• Support each project's workflow by identifying and removing operational obstacles
• Ensure efficient execution of prototype and testing flows
• Collect, compile, and follow up on prototype requirements for each generation
• Plan milestones in close collaboration with the RTE/Project Manager for respective projects
• Communicate key milestones and updates to the VCT, including preparations for Technical Meetings and contributing to the department’s project pulse, reviews, and status matrix
• Inform the VCT about blockers in test flows such as deviations, stoppages, or delays, and support rapid resolution
• Provide regular status updates on article clinics and share article status information with relevant project teams
• Coordinate the development of build plans and maintain a high-level overview of build requirements across all projects
• Prepare and align generation vehicle requirements ahead of PI planning to ensure proper resource scheduling

What You Bring

• Experience in the automotive industry or in a leadership role with strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively in cross-functional environments
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, verbal and written
• Knowledge of electrical system and/or embedded systems in vehicles is highly meritorious
