We are seeking a Senior Game Programmer with strong technical art sensibilities to drive the development of high-performance, visually compelling game systems.
This role bridges engineering and art, ensuring seamless integration of gameplay features, rendering systems, and art pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize core gameplay systems.
- Collaborate closely with artists to implement shaders, tools, and real-time visual features.
- Build and maintain efficient asset pipelines and in-engine workflows.
- Profile and optimize performance across platforms.
- Develop tools that empower artists while maintaining technical constraints.
- Mentor junior programmers and contribute to technical direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional game programming experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++
- Experience with rendering pipelines.
- Solid understanding of performance optimization and memory management.
- Familiarity with engines such as Unreal or Unity.
- Strong cross-disciplinary communication skills.
