We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to take interim ownership of the Facilities & Construction category during a transition period. The role carries global category responsibility with a primary operational focus on Sweden, supporting ongoing construction and facility investment initiatives. You will ensure continuity, drive active sourcing work, and create clear commercial results in a matrix environment.

• Lead sourcing and contracting activities within Facilities & Construction
• Manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract implementation
• Support major construction and facility investment projects
• Secure robust commercial agreements and ensure procurement governance
• Identify and deliver cost savings and risk mitigation initiatives
• Manage supplier performance and align key stakeholders
• Provide structured reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• 7+ years’ experience in strategic procurement/category management
• Strong background in construction and facility-related sourcing
• Proven experience managing complex negotiations and contracts
• Ability to operate independently in a global matrix organization
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
