We are looking for a Senior UX Lead
What You Will Work On
Information Architecture
- Define and document the global backbone information architecture including navigation structure, content domains, and structural principles.
- Design scalable structures for site or factory hubs as a core dimension of personalization.
- Develop role-based personalization frameworks supporting different employee groups such as office staff, production workers, managers, and content editors.
- Define clear principles for separating global and local content.
- Develop taxonomy and metadata structures to support filtering, targeting, and governance.
- Map existing intranet structures to the future-state architecture.
- Facilitate workshops with global and local stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Ensure architecture decisions are documented, visualized, and clearly communicated to both business and technical teams.
UX & Structural Design
- Translate IA strategies into navigation models, site maps, and structural frameworks.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and structural flows to validate architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects to ensure platform feasibility.
- Support the development of governance models and content ownership structures.
- Ensure personalization logic is reflected in user experience patterns.
- Act as a key authority in discussions regarding consolidation, simplification, and long-term maintainability of the intranet.
What You Bring
- 8–10+ years of experience in UX with strong focus on Information Architecture in large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience designing intranet or digital workplace architectures for organizations with more than 10,000 employees.
- Experience working in global organizations with multiple markets, sites, or factories.
- Strong experience designing personalization frameworks based on role, location, or user context.
- Experience facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders in complex organizational structures.
- Strong documentation and visualization skills including site maps, flows, and architecture blueprints.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, UX teams, and technical architects.
- Fluent in English; Swedish is considered an advantage.
