About the position:

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead a product team in a matrix organization.

The role focuses on owning the product backlog, aligning IT initiatives with business priorities, and ensuring delivery in line with architectural standards and the strategic roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders, and be responsible for demand and capacity planning, requirements governance, and follow‑up on product outcomes (OKRs/KPIs).

Background we’re looking for:

• Experience as a technically oriented Product Owner or similar role
• Comfortable working in complex IT landscapes and architecturally governed environments
• Experience prioritizing backlogs and translating business needs into technical work
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
