Ericsson AB Join our Team About this opportunity: Join Product Engineering Unit (PEU) RU Software and lead the Test Management and Capacity section. You will bridge Radio, ASIC and RAN development to align RU SW architecture with DU SW and support the broader radio portfolio. Reporting to the Head of RU SW System & Architecture, you will build capabilities that enable long-term software architecture evolution, excellent developer experience, and robust BB Radio delivery across product lines. What you will do: * Lead and coach a team of ~15 system engineers to deliver world-class RU SW test management and capacity capabilities. * Define and execute test management strategies for the complete radio portfolio, including standalone RU LMC releases. * Own end to end RU capacity responsibilities: dimensioning radio HW for SW, defining RU SW characteristic measurements, and governance to manage SW growth across legacy products. * Collaborate closely with SW design from early phases through deployment to ensure systemization is embedded in design. * Support Radio Technology Evolution Program (RTEP) Testability Tech Area and secure section capabilities in RAs and early phase programs. * Drive continuous improvement, tool adoption, and innovation to increase efficiency, quality and developer productivity. * Foster an inclusive, cross organizational culture that enables collaboration and drives technology and business excellence. You will bring: * Proven people leadership and experience leading global development teams; ability to coach, attract and retain talent. * Significant product development experience with a track record of delivering software/hardware integrated solutions. * Strong domain knowledge in RU/BB and RAN test, capacity or related areas to earn credibility with teams, customers and suppliers (deep domain expertise preferred). * Passion for evolving technologies and pragmatic experience delivering technical solutions. * Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across organizational boundaries and with customer facing teams.
