We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Analyst to join our SD Business Process Enablement team at Nordea. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven process discovery and optimization to create significant business impact through a full-time employment agreement.

About our team

Meet the SD Business Process Enablement team. Our role is to unlock business value through data-driven process discovery and optimization, helping stakeholders transform complex operational processes into efficient, transparent workflows. This is a fulltime, permanent position, with a hybrid working arrangement with working location Stockholm, Sweden. Please be aware that you must hold a valid work permit in Sweden to be eligble for this role.

Main responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting data-driven process discovery, conformance checking, and process analysis to improve business value
• Implementing and using process mining tools, performing data extraction, and designing data models and dashboards
• Creating process and root cause analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting stakeholders with data-driven process enhancement
• Guiding key stakeholders in implementing selected processes and helping them exploit process optimization opportunities
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with process owners, data experts, and SMEs
• Conducting value workshops to develop business cases and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
• Implementing relevant KPIs to measure process mining project goals and ensuring continuous process improvement

Who you are

This is the right role for you if you are a structured and analytical professional who uses process mining and data-driven insights to create transparency in complex operational processes. You excel at stakeholder management and communication, translating process insights into clear recommendations that support business transformation and risk reduction. You thrive in complex environments and drive sustainable change through a structured, transparent, and collaborative approach.

Your background and skills include:

• Strong technical knowledge of SQL, data transformation, and data analytics
• Familiarity with database technologies, ETL, and programming languages Python
• Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
• Experience in leading process mining tools such as Celonis, IBM or SAP Signavio
• Relevant educational background such as a master's degree in Information Systems Management, Business Informatics, or comparable program
• Good communication and facilitation skills with ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Holistic thinking and ability to "connect the dots" and people
• Curious attitude, strong drive for performance, and ability to learn quickly

It would be ideal if you also:

• Have business acumen supporting the ability to understand stakeholder needs and deliver strategic recommendations
• Possess experience with practical process mining journey
• Have knowledge of various databases, ERP systems, or CRM systems and their data structures
