Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist, Project Support

What You Will Work On

• Prepare and manage Change Requests for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Maintain overview of open actions and due dates, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Set up and maintain Master Data, MRP planning parameters, and Bill of Materials for new and existing SKUs.
• Document new SKUs or parts via Change Control documents.
• Track project launch activities and manage discontinuation processes for phased-out materials.
• Collaborate with project leads, production/material planners, and other functions to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Participate in weekly launch readiness and project meetings at local and global levels.
• Support materials planning and procurement activities.
• Ensure adherence to local and global SOPs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in Material Planning or Production Planning, preferably within the Medical/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management visualization tools.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Structured, accurate, self-driven, service-oriented, team-player, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage urgent tasks effectively.
• End-to-end Supply Chain planning understanding.
• Project Management experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
