Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant for an international industrial company undergoing a group-wide ERP transformation to SAP S/4HANA.

What You Will Work On

• Lead master data structuring and migration into SAP S/4HANA
• Ensure engineering data is correctly modeled and aligned with ERP standards
• Establish and stabilize integrations between:
• Legacy systems
• PDM solutions (Windchill / KLEO)
• SAP S/4HANA
• Act as the bridge between ERP, product configuration, and PDM domains
• Support and guide junior team members
• Drive decisions and ensure progress in a high-intensity transformation environment
• Create structure, governance, and prioritization within the master data workstream

What You Bring

• Senior experience working in SAP environments during ERP transformations
• Strong experience with master data, especially engineering-related data
• Proven experience integrating ERP, PDM, and legacy systems
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive initiatives to completion
• Structured, leadership-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
