The Opportunity

Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Oversee P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
• Proactively provide strategic support into the business plan and act as a key owner of resolving operational risks and issues, or opportunities.

Delivery Excellence

• Delivery Oversight: Sponsor and implement the right governance model for client delivery and business operations that support our delivery best-practice model and policies.
• Project Management: Drive successful delivery of high-value programs, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
• Risk Management: Proactively manage operational and project risks to safeguard business performance.
• Sales Management: Support Sales and Go-To-Market teams with the necessary process improvements and systems changes to enable them to operate at speed.

Resource Supply Chain

• Capacity Planning: Align resource capacity with demand to ensure timely and efficient staffing.
• Resource Management: Optimize talent allocation across projects to maximize value and utilization.
• Talent Acquisition: Attract, recruit, and retain top Data & AI professionals through a robust recruitment strategy.

Data & AI Transformation & Quality

• Operational Transformation: Implement models and frameworks to industrialize Data & AI delivery, improving scalability and efficiency.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Drive operational excellence through lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.

Leadership & Culture

• Lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple geographies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with global and local policies, processes, and quality frameworks.

Professional Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in technology and professional services, with strong exposure to Data & AI domains.
• Proven track record in COO or senior operational leadership roles within large-scale, complex organizations.
• Expertise in delivering large, fixed-price projects with strong financial, legal, and risk management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of resource supply chain management and operational scalability.
• Demonstrated experience in industrialization and continuous improvement within data-driven services.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to design innovative operational models.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills at senior client and internal leadership levels.
• Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment and manage intercultural dynamics.
