SSAB is strengthening its Global Business Services (GBS) Operations Development team with a Finance & Shared Service Developer who will play a key role in shaping how GBS delivers finance and shared services globally. You will work closely with GBS leadership, process owners, and stakeholders across divisions and Group functions to drive end to end process excellence and support broader business transformation. Location is Sweden, Finland or Poland.

About the position
In this role, you will help define the future of SSAB’s GBS - enhancing transparency, efficiency, and performance of finance and shared service operations.
You will evaluate processes, drive harmonization, and elevate the maturity of GBS through analytical insights, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will have a key role with visibility across SSAB during a period of significant company transformation and a chance to influence the direction and maturity of GBS and Finance operations.

This role can be located in Poland, Finland or Sweden (GBS hubs).
