Assignment Overview
IT Technician – First Line Support
What You Will Work On
- Troubleshoot and support IT-related issues for both hardware and software
- Manage tickets in the customer's incident management system
- Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Provide end-user support in Microsoft 365 and other applications
- Create and maintain user documentation and instructions
- Collaborate with Second Line, Operations, and third-party vendors for escalated issues
- Help define routines and processes for efficient IT support
