Stromma is actively seeking Bus Drivers to join our team in Norway for the 2026 sightseeing season. This opportunity is open in several Norwegian cities including Bergen, Geiranger, Haugesund, Oslo, Stavanger, Stryn and Ålesund. We offer full-and part time roles. As a Bus Driver with Stromma, you play a crucial role in offering exceptional sightseeing experiences to our guests. You will navigate through some of Norway's most scenic routes, providing a safe and enjoyable journey for travelers from all around the world. - Safely driving sightseeing buses on various routes.- - Preforming pre-trip inspections, including :logging into our system, checking tyres, lights, oil and fuel levels. - Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bus. - Maintaining professionalism and offering excellent customer service. - Adapting to flexible schedules during peak and off-peak seasons. - Correctly register and report working hours using Tachograph Card and our internal registration system. Skills requirements: - Experience in bus driving. - Valid Class D/DE driver's license and YSK / CPC certification (code 95). - Good command of English. Norwegian and other languages are a plus. - EU/EEA or Swiss passport holders. - Resilience and flexibility during busy periods. - Passenger carrying vehicle (PCV) driver's licence (Kjøreseddel) is an advantage but not a requirement to apply* Place of work Bergen, Geiranger, Haugesund, Oslo, Stavanger, Stryn or Ålesund Other information - Competitive salary for seasonal buss drivers - An average 40-hour working week, ensuring a healthy workload, with paid overtime opportunities when applicable. - Insurance coverage. - Access to staff housing rental. - Extensive onboarding and training program. - Work and meet people from all over the world. - Seasonal work opportunities (primarily April to October) with potential for year-round engagement. - Stromma Employee discount card ( cultural events) If you are coming from abroad, we will assist you with all the necessary paperwork required to start working and living in Norway.
