Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Test Coordinator – Multi-Market Delivery

What You Will Work On

• Plan and lead test activities for a single market rollout, covering multiple products (e.g., credit cards, loans, deposits)
• Execute hands-on testing, including functional, integration, and country-specific payment flows
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data to validate end-to-end solutions
• Coordinate test dependencies across integration, payments, data management, business teams, and external suppliers
• Manage defects, track cross-team impacts, and ensure timely resolution
• Report progress, risks, and issues to the market project manager and program test lead
• Support structured delivery and follow-up processes in a multi-system landscape

What You Bring

• Several years' experience as a Test Lead or Senior Tester in banking, payments, or similar complex environments
• Strong hands-on testing skills (functional, integration, and payment-related scenarios)
• Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and test data across multiple systems
• Comfortable working in multi-cultural, multi-vendor setups with external suppliers and distributed teams
• Strong coordination and communication skills for managing cross-team dependencies
• Experience with structured delivery, defect management, and test follow-up
• Previous experience working in one or more of the relevant markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, UK)
