Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Senior CRM BI Analyst
What You Will Work On
- Customer Data Analytics & Roadmap
- Support migration of existing models, dashboards, and reports to the new Customer Data Analytics Domain (CDAD) in Snowflake
- Ensure consistent and accurate BI and analytics delivery in the new architecture
- Collaborate with Tech and Data Engineering teams during migration and platform evolution
- Data Science & Advanced Analytics
- Remodel existing definitions, KPIs, and analysis logic
- Develop advanced predictive models (e.g., churn, CLV, predictive customer behavior, AI-based segmentation)
- Provide data science support where existing coverage is insufficient
- Collaborate with Tech teams and ensure implementation in CDAD by Data Engineers
- Dashboards, BI & Reporting
- Build, enhance, and quality-assure Power BI dashboards for customer insights
- Provide analysis on KPIs, engagement, revenue, loyalty growth, campaigns, and partnerships
- Ensure clear visualizations, documented KPI definitions, and actionable business insights
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to stakeholders
- Campaign Analysis & Operational CRM Support
- Monitor campaign performance using exposed/control setups
- Measure uplift, engagement, traffic, and conversions
- Conduct A/B tests on content, segments, and outreach strategies
- Support CRM teams in segmentation analysis and campaign results
- Operational Backup & Continuity
- Support daily analysis operations and ensure continuity
- Perform ad hoc analyses, campaign support, and control group analysis
- Assist Customer Engagement, Loyalty, and Partnerships teams with operational/tactical analysis
- Building a Future Function
- Contribute to the development of the future customer data and insights department
- Help define required roles, skill profiles, and ways of working
- Support the foundation for a data-driven organization with long-term goals toward 2030
What You Bring
- Extensive experience with Power BI
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation
- Experience working with CRM, campaign, or loyalty data
- Experience in modern cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex information flows
- Strong analytical skills and business understanding
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting insights to diverse audiences
