About the job

This role blends sales, customer advisory and technical problem‑solving. You work with both existing and new customers - qualifying opportunities, understanding needs and recommending the right solution for each application. You prepare clear quotations, follow up leads, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle. Most interactions happen through digital channels and phone, but customer visits and trade fairs are also part of the rhythm. You act as a trusted advisor: responsive, solution‑oriented and committed to delivering commercial value and excellent service. Your work drives growth across the entire DACH region, and you stay close to the market by supporting customers, working with Troax IT solution, and ensuring every inquiry turns into a great customer experience.

What you´ll do • Developing new customer relationships and nurturing existing accounts • Driving sales activities across German‑speaking countries in close collaboration with your team • Preparing quotations and ensuring that each customer receives the right technical solution • Following up on leads, opportunities and offers to secure ongoing business • Handling inquiries and providing customer support-including complaint handling when needed • Participating in customer visits and relevant trade fairs to strengthen market presence

This position is located in Värnamo, you report to our Inside Sales Manager and work closely with colleagues across Troax Group.

What we´re looking for

You bring experience from B2B sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment, and enjoy helping customers understand what solution best fits their needs. A strong technical mindset helps you navigate requirements, explain solutions clearly and build trust with engineers, buyers and operational leaders. Fluency in German and English is essential, and you thrive in a role where structure, proactivity and customer focus shape your daily work. You’re energized by working internationally and appreciate the combination of technical advisory and commercial drive.

You are driven, curious, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and take ownership to advance opportunities. Clear communication helps you create long‑lasting customer relationships and internal teamwork comes naturally.
