Responsibilities
HR Operations and Process Excellence
· Oversee all HR operations, including employee administration, HRIS management, and payroll coordination.
· Design and implement standardized HR processes across sites, ensuring compliance with Swedish employment law, GDPR, and company policy.
· Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, cost per hire) and report trends to management.
· Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience.
Operations:
• Administration of HR systems & applications
• Data input & management
• HR project management as needed
Mobility
• VISA & immigration management
• Global mobility programs & admin
• Vendor management
HRIS:
• Leading integration activities from historical HRIS to WD
• Optimize & process improve system architecture
• Project management for talent programs
• HR metrics, scorecards & ad hoc reports
• 3rd party application integrations
Payroll
· Leading monthly manual payroll processing efforts
· Payroll vendor Management
· Own implementation of new global payroll vendor
· Implementation of new timekeeping tool in Workday for European locations
Required Skills
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations or HR service delivery leadership.
· Proficiency in HRIS and data management (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG or equivalent).
Preferred Skills
· Strong understanding of Swedish labor law, collective agreements, and payroll processes.
· Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
· Fluent in English and/or Polish or Swedish (spoken and written).
