Transiett AB is one of Sweden’s leading export companies in the automotive industry, and we continue to expand – both in Sweden, Germany and now also in France.

We are therefore looking for a French- and German-speaking Logistics Coordinator to join our head office in Stockholm, working with our French and German logistics departments.

We are a tight team looking for a new colleague who wants to join Transiett’s expansion journey. You will have a dynamic and fun role at the heart of the company’s operations.

About the position

You will be responsible for planning and optimizing the logistics chain to ensure delivery accuracy and cost efficiency from France/Germany to our customers across Europe.

You will coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities, including contact with drivers and transport partners, and analyse and improve logistics flows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Together with your experienced colleagues in both the Swedish and German departments, you will receive solid guidance to grow into the role. The most important thing is that you are driven, service-minded and speak French and German.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in French, German and English, both spoken and written (requirement)
• Is able to work full time, and is analytical and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in logistics, preferably within import and export, is considered a merit
• Has strong collaboration skills, as you will work closely with your team
• Is used to working with budgets and cost optimisation

Experience from the automotive industry/logistics is an advantage, but it is also important to us that the right person joins our team – so if you feel that this role suits you, please apply anyway!
