We’re looking for a Product Design Manager to lead the design of our mobile products, ensuring our users have a safe, intuitive, and delightful experience. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and user research to help define and shape the future of our product.

Please note we are hiring for this role in Sweden. What you will be doing

• Manage, lead, and hire a growing team of product designers. Foster your team’s growth, happiness, rituals, and productivity.

• Guide your team's design process and actively review deliverables to ensure our products have a high-quality user experience and consistent design standards.

• Collaborate with department leadership to define product strategy and align the design of our products with our business goals.

• Advocate for the user throughout your team’s product development process.

• Focus on achieving results and to be hands-on when/if needed, with strong resource management skills. This includes leading important initiatives and covering tasks in the absence of dedicated team members.

What skills and experience we think you have

• You have a portfolio showcasing successful product work loved by users and produced in high-velocity teams

• You are an experienced product design leader who knows how to use design strategically to meet business goals and improve products.

• You have extensive experience leading and managing people, and you are passionate about helping others grow and develop in their careers.

• You are an excellent communicator and can articulate design decisions and strategic vision to both designers and non-designers alike.

• You have a track record of working in high-performing, fast-paced startup environments

• You have at least 8 years of work experience in product design, with a strong emphasis on 4+ years of management experience.

Location

We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the Product team you will work with is located in Stockholm.
