How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will be a trusted point of support for our managers, teams and employees—someone people know they can turn to for help, guidance and coordination in their daily work.
  • In a role with many parallel activities, you will support business processes, administration and follow-ups, while proactively identifying needs and helping create smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • You will also play an important role in onboarding, ensuring that new employees and consultants receive a structured, welcoming start and quickly feel at home in the organization.
  • A part of the role involves internal communication. You will help manage internal information channels, create clear and engaging content, and support communication initiatives that strengthen alignment, engagement and transparency across Breakers.
  • You will also coordinate meetings, conferences and everyday activities, working closely with line managers and assistant colleagues locally and globally—always with a strong service mindset, attention to detail and a genuine care for people.

Your Background

  • Experience from a service-oriented role such as administration, customer support, sales support or similar is highly valued. Education in service, business administration, communication or equivalent experience is considered an advantage.
  • An interest in, or experience with, communication and internal information channels—through work or education—is considered a plus.
  • You have strong coordination skills, enjoy creating structure, and are comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel. You communicate clearly and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is required
  • Comfortable supporting colleagues with basic IT troubleshooting in M365/Teams/Outlook.
