Being a Graduate in Strategy Management & Execution

• We aim to be the best-performing financial services group in the Nordics accelerated by technology, data and AI.
• The Strategy Management & Execution area shape Nordea’s long-term direction, leadership and organizational effectiveness. This area supports Business Areas and Group Functions by setting strategic priorities, enabling decision-making and driving sustainable performance and change across Nordea.
• Working in our Strategy Office, you will be developing long-term goals, analyzing market trends, and translating Nordea’s overall vision and purpose into clear initiatives.
• In Group People, you focus on building a strong, inclusive culture by analyzing organizational trends, developing leadership capabilities and ways of working to support Nordea’s purpose and strategy.
• Working in one of our Management Offices, you act as a trusted partner to leadership, coordinating planning, execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Roles in Strategy Management & Execution require strong strategic and analytical thinking as well as structured problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential along with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate programme, you have:

• A Master’s degree ready by 1 September 2026
• A maximum of 2 years of work experience after Master’s degree
• Excellent English skills
