In this role, you will work as an Application Engineer in an automotive testing environment, focusing on stable operations, maintenance, and continuous optimization of IT systems and applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve advanced technical issues and contribute with practical, improvement-oriented solutions in a fast-moving setting.

You are expected to work in a remote desktop environment and use your own equipment (computer and phone when needed).

• Provide advanced technical support for IT systems and applications used in automotive testing environments.
• Manage and maintain operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and Windows/Linux Server.
• Monitor performance and stability using tools such as Zabbix and log analytics solutions.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to ensure reliable operations.
• Administer Group Policies, Azure infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.
• Support networking fundamentals and backup solutions as part of day-to-day operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot applications and related integrations.
• Educate and support end users to optimize the use of testbeds, vehicle testing systems, and other technical applications.
• Assist with hardware setup and system integration in testing facilities.

• Hands-on experience (minimum 5 years) troubleshooting hardware and software systems in production environments.
• Experience managing operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows/Linux Server.
• Experience monitoring system performance using Zabbix and/or log analytics tools.
• Experience administering Group Policies.
• Experience working with Azure infrastructure.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain applications.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and backup solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience from the automotive industry, preferably in testing environments or similar setups.

• Familiarity with WSP (Comtest).
• Familiarity with AVL tools (e.g., Indicom, Concerto, Creta).
• Familiarity with ETAS INCA.
