Role Summary

As manager of the Process & Digitalisation PMO you will play a key role to ensure planning for Scanias transformation towards increased digitalization based on harmonized processes, systems and data. It is a complex transformation and a large amount of activities that needs to be planned, anchored with stakeholders, executed and implemented in an efficient way. You will lead a team of approx. 10 experienced project managers and process leads that plan the activities of 5-600 people in process and system development teams as well as align Scanias national sales companies to the plans. You will be part of management team responsible for driving the digitalization transformation in Scania Commercial.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the high level plan to ensure all activities in Scania Commercial Process & Digitalisation transformation is done in an aligned way
  • Ensure processes and system support are aligned with all relevant stakeholders
  • Run Steering forums to get management decisions on direction, resource allocation etc
  • Monitor progress, identify deviations and make sure necessary actions are initiated
  • In your teams responsibility an E2E re-design program is included where strategic changes of Scanias O2D process to ensure short leadtime and high delivery precision is included

You are an experienced and results-driven leader with a proven track record of leading complex transformations in industrial environments. You combine a strong strategic perspective with operational execution and are comfortable shifting between the big picture and the critical details that determine outcomes.

You lead through your organization and build alignment, accountability, and momentum to ensure delivery on commitments and business goals.

You bring a structured and analytical approach, communicate with clarity and credibility across functions and levels, and operate effectively in international and fast-paced settings.

You hold a relevant academic degree and remain focused, resilient, and decisive even under pressure.
