Within the Isuzu Partnership Team, we focus on ensuring successful collaboration across product strategy, business development, and long‑term value creation. We act as the strategic interface between Volvo Group and Isuzu Motors — aligning ambitions, identifying new business opportunities, and driving initiatives that enable both companies to accelerate innovation and growth globally. As we continue to expand our partnership ecosystem, we are now looking for a Business Development -  Isuzu Partnership. What will you do? As a member of our team, you will drive and execute Isuzu Partnership activities, including process development to secure a consistent and qualitative delivery and exchange You will also facilitate and strengthen communication and close collaboration with our established partnership. Our global team works in close collaboration with cross-functional groups to identify and assess  new opportunities. In this role, you will support the business office tasks of the Isuzu partnership organization.  Who are you? We are looking for someone who is a few years into their career and ready for a new challenge within the business development areas. To thrive in this role, you should be self-driven individual who enjoys exploring new ways of thinking and has a strong interest in business development and collaboration in a global set-up.  You are a great team player with strong organizational skills. Experience in executing operational tasks across organizations and in multicultural environments is a strong merit. Your dedication to achieving results through collaboration will be a key element of your success.  You are someone who: * Has a "get it done" mentality and can structure and follow through on complex tasks across organizations and with different stakeholders.  * Has a professional mindset in all communication towards our partner and can facilitate a good exchange of information. * Strives for efficiency, synergies, and continuous improvement to stay ahead of competition. * Comfortable in ambiguity and quick to adapt across different environments, cultures, and working styles. * Embraces a growth mindset and inspires others to do the same * Communicates complex information in a clear and structured way You bring an ownership mentality, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work with enthusiasm in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
