An international organization is strengthening its finance transformation program and is looking for a Project Manager with a strong change mindset. In this role, you will support initiatives such as SAP readiness and finance re-organization, working closely with both business and digital teams to ensure clear coordination, communication, and structured progress tracking.

• Provide PMO support for finance transformation and SAP-related initiatives
• Coordinate deliverables and activities across business and digital stakeholders
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups to keep plans on course
• Prepare status reporting and management presentations
• Support finance re-organization activities and related change initiatives
• Drive communication efforts to support adoption and engagement
• Handle administrative project tasks such as meeting coordination, minutes, and action tracking

• Experience leading or supporting projects in an international environment
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience creating management-ready presentations
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Interest in finance processes and digital transformation
• Ability to work independently in a structured and self-driven way
• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Experience from finance transformation programs involving SAP
• Change management experience in cross-functional environments
