Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements related to payment flows across multiple markets
• Mapping and describing payment-related business processes, including similarities and market-specific differences
• Supporting refinement of payment-related epics and features to ensure readiness for development and testing
• Coordinating with internal teams such as Integration, Test, Data Migration, Go-Live, and Business Change
• Collaborating with external suppliers to ensure end-to-end understanding of requirements
• Contributing to assessments of what can be standardized versus adapted per market
• Providing clear, structured input to support efficient implementation, testing, and market readiness

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst within payments, cards, or banking
• Strong understanding of payment processes, clearing and settlement flows, and their operational impact
• Experience working in large transformation programs or multi-market delivery initiatives
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and high-quality documentation
• Experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders, as well as external suppliers
• Comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-vendor, and distributed team environments
• Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity
• Proven ability to contribute to high-quality, on-time delivery in fast-paced environments
