Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced NX CAD Solution Specialist for our client.

This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with deep expertise in CAD tools and methodologies, who can drive the implementation of new solutions and optimize existing ones.

Our client primarily use CATIA and Siemens NX. For this position, and they are specifically seeking to strengthen our competencies in NX and therefore place high value on candidates with substantial experience and knowledge in this tool.

- As a NX CAD Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing solution

implementation and support from concept to completion.

- You will act as a change leader and technical expert, guiding teams through transitions and improvements.

- A solid background in systems engineering, model-based design, and modular product architecture is essential.

- Experience working with platform-based development and structured design methodologies will be highly beneficial.

What you'll do:

- Lead the implementation of new CAD solutions and methodologies across the organization.

- Improve and optimize existing CAD solutions and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution providers to align CAD solutions with organizational goals.

- Manage CAD solution implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Proactively manage changes and potential crises, advising on contingency plans and maintaining project continuity.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, with experience in Teamcenter and NX. Knowledge of other

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and CAD solutions is a plus.

- Extensive experience with NX CAD tools and methodologies.

- Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and participate in complex

projects. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to align with business stakeholders and solution providers.

- Strong understanding of functionality for Product Data Management (PDM) and CAD/CAE applications.

- In-depth knowledge of system engineering and model-based design is a plus.

Experience in working with product architectures and platforms in a modular way.
