As a Sub Project Manager within our Production organization, you will play a key role in delivering successful development and/or serial production projects. You'll work across areas such as industrialization, planning, sourcing, and manufacturing, and collaborate closely with the design team to ensure we deliver producible and high-quality solutions. In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include: * Leading and coordinating activities within your sub-project to achieve goals and milestones-on time and within budget * Planning and updating activities and resources using Antura * Managing the sub-project budget and reporting financial status monthly to the project manager * Providing clear and concise monthly status reports, including progress, risks and deviations * Ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities * Proactively identifying risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies * Fostering a creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented project environment * Coordinating with other sub-projects to ensure smooth delivery and alignment Your Profile We are looking for a results-oriented project leader with a genuine passion for building high-performing, collaborative teams. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, and previous leadership experience is a strong plus. We believe that you have: * +5 years of relevant work experience * A B.Sc. degree or equivalent, with strong technical understanding * Experience working in industrial or production-related roles * Familiarity with Antura and/or IFS (or similar systems) is a plus * Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written * A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions independently * A mindset open to change, ready to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment Most importantly, you're motivated to grow-both personally and professionally-as part of our continued success at Saab. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
