We are currently looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team supporting a well-known premium automotive brand (Mercedes) in Chania, Crete.

💼 About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will support customers via phone, email and chat. Your daily tasks may include:

• Roadside Assistance cases (breakdowns and recovery support)
• Customer inquiries related to vehicle services
• Technical support for mobile apps and connected car services
• General customer service and troubleshooting
• Appointment bookings and dealership-related questions

Since this is a luxury brand, customers expect a high level of service, professionalism and communication.

🧠 Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks Norwegian at C1 level or higher
• Has good English skills (minimum B2)
• Is customer-focused, calm and solution-oriented
• Has strong communication skills (written and spoken)
• Is comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required — full training is provided.
