Who we are looking for:
Housekeeping associates
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards
- Ensuring a high level of hygiene, order, and aesthetics
- Replenishment of amenities, linens, and consumable supplies
- Reporting damages and technical issues and following up on corrective actions
- Collaboration with the front desk and operations to ensure efficient room turnover
- Discreet and service-oriented interaction with guests
- Compliance with safety and workplace regulations
Requirements:
- You have good language skills in Swedish or English (ability to follow routines, checklists, and safety regulations)
- You have previous experience in housekeeping, preferably at a 4–5-star level hotel
- You're flexible to work according to shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- You are able to work in a physically active role, involving lifting and standing for extended periods
- You must be able to attend interview meeting with employer in Stockholm on March 19th 2026.

- You are highly meticulous, well-organized, and have a strong eye for detail
- You understand and uphold high quality and hygiene standards
- You are able to work independently and in a structured manner
- You demonstrate discretion and a strong service mindset toward guests
- You have good physical stamina and the ability to work well under pressure.
