Assignment OverviewWe are looking for a senior technical leader with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and traditional data center environments. The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution and plays a key role in further developing a hybrid infrastructure with a clear cloud-oriented strategy. You will work closely with product owners and development teams to design, implement, and continuously improve infrastructure solutions that meet high demands for scalability, automation, and operational stability. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipAct as the primary technical authority within hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions Ensure a balance between strategic development and operational delivery Collaborate with product owners to align technical priorities with business objectives and roadmap Contribute to architecture and design decisions with a focus on robustness, security, and scalability Participate in technical forums and communities of practice Cloud and On-Premises EnvironmentsLead the design and implementation of cloud-based infrastructure, with a focus on Azure and container platforms Take responsibility for the integration and operation of on-premises infrastructure within hybrid environments Ensure effective solutions for monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery Automation and Infrastructure as CodeDrive and continuously improve automated delivery pipelines Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using modern tools Improve operational efficiency through DevOps processes Cost and Vendor ManagementIdentify and implement optimization opportunities for infrastructure services Monitor costs and provide recommendations for improvement Manage relationships with external vendors Team Development and MentorshipSupport and mentor engineers in technical matters and ways of working Promote modern practices within DevOps and automation Contribute to continuous skills development and innovation Required Skills and ExperienceExtensive experience in cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure Strong knowledge of container platforms and orchestration, such as Kubernetes Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, including Terraform and Bicep Experience working with hybrid environments where on-premises infrastructure is integrated with cloud services Demonstrated experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated operational processes Solid understanding of DevOps principles and ITSM processes Experience working closely with development teams Personal AttributesStrong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across multiple stakeholders Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution Proactive, curious, and relationship-oriented LanguageFluent in English Additional InformationInterviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the assignment may be filled before the final application deadline.
